Finning Properties owns and manages three Senior Living Communities in the Capital District centered around Albany, New York. We are known for our conveniently located adult apartments, which offer the best values in service, safety and comfort in the area. The communities of Waterside and Cornerstone are on the CDTA bus lines and Brook Pointe is right off Exit 11 of Interstate 90.

Waterside Apartments

Cornerstone Apartments

The Cornerstone Apartments are located in Green Island, NY right over the Green Island bridge from historic Troy. It is a 55+ independent living community. All utilities are included in the rent at no additional charge. The Living Features section of the Cornerstone site has even more information.

Brook Pointe Apartments

Brook Pointe is our 50+ independent living community designed for the active adults that like convenient, safe country living.
